All products sold by us are customized and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Why returns are not accepted

Customized products are created specifically as per customer-provided details (such as name, number, or design). Because of this, the product cannot be resold or reused, making returns or refunds not possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at apexmodehub@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution if the issue is confirmed.

Order Confirmation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (name, number, spelling, model selection, etc.) are accurate at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production begins immediately.
